Remote coaching is ideal for this situation. Through the use of individualized program design, video analysis, and workout and nutritional tracking, we can bring our training to you. Whether you’re looking to train for CrossFit competitions or are simply after a healthier life, this is a great option for taking your training to the next level.
What you get:
ASSESSMENT – initial assessment and consultation about your goals, current nutrition intake, lifestyle, physical capabilities, and location of training.
QUALITY PROGRAMMING – your training program is designed based on your assessments and reviewed with your coach weekly or bi-weekly.
ONGOING SUPPORT AND REVIEW – Optimal progress is achieved through frequent review and feedback from your coach. A 30 minute update call is included to ensure your success. This call occurs as frequently as 6 weeks or at your request. Online support via email is available for you to clarify your program or to update progress.
