I first discovered CrossFit in 2012 after graduating college and ending a long football career. I was looking for a way to stay in shape that kept me interested and challenged me the way sports always had. CrossFit was a perfect match and I was hooked immediately.
I began coaching and personal training in 2015. My favorite part about coaching is showing people that they’re capable of more of than they know. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone achieve that goal they didn’t think was possible. Whether it’s their first box jump, a snatch PR, or even just finishing a WOD they thought was impossible, that’s the reason I coach.
