I started CrossFit in the spring of 2013 after spending years doing the typical gym routine and not seeing much in return. I have always been active in sports and the gym but the dynamics of CrossFit pushed my abilities significantly and I saw improvements in every aspect of my physical performance. As a CrossFit coach my goal is to push my students to challenge themselves, be aware of their form, and make sure that everyone is working toward their goals in a safe way. Outside of CrossFit you will typically find me in the hiking in the woods, working on the car, or building something in my garage.
