– Potluck style food & drink. Bring family, friends, kids

– Let’s unwind and celebrate making it through the Open

– There will be a sign up sheet on front desk for the Potluck

SA DB bench press x 8/arm

Workout
A1. DB Bench Press w/ pause at top; 8-10 reps x 4, rest 45
A2. Seated Bent-Over DB Reverse Flies; 15 reps x 4 sets, rest 45
A3. L-Hang Tuck to Extension @1212; 6 reps x 4 sets, rest 45

B. Four rounds for time:
400m Run
10-15 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
20-25 Wall Balls (Heavy)
10-15 DB Push Press (50/35lb) (35/20lb)
