I appreciate everyone’s patience with how messy the gym was yesterday! I’ll be cleaning all day tomorrow but I am sure it will take through the weekend to get everything back to par!

Coaches Choice (15min including BB Work)

* For the following 15 minutes, increase the loading on the barbell each set, allowing the initial positional work to help you build into heavy loading for your full snatches from the floor.

A. EMOM, for (4 sets):
High Hang Snatch x 2 reps

On the 4:30min mark…

Every 90sec, for (4 sets):
Above Knee Hang Snatch x 1 rep

On the 10:30min mark…
+
Every 90sec, for (3 sets):
Snatch x 1 rep

B. Every 6min, for 18min (3 sets), for times:
Row 500/400 Meters or Bike 1000/800m
30 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups or L-seated DB Arnold Press w/ 1sec pause at top
