*high hang, Above-knee, floor

Every 90sec , for 12:00 minutes (8 sets):
Snatch
*Build to a tough load by the 8th set

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
6 Thrusters (115/75 lbs) or DB (50/35lbs)
9 Pull-Ups
12 Box Jumps (30″/24″) – step down
