A. Every 90sec, for 18 minutes (4 sets of each):

Station 1 – Rope Climb x 1-2 ascents or 8-10 Supinated Pullup

Station 2 – Strict Handstand Push-Ups x 8-12 or L- seated DB Press x 8-12

Station 3 – Alternating Pistols x 20 reps

*Each station should finish by the 60sec mark

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 Chest to Bar Pull-Ups

10 Ring Dips or Pushups “perfect”

15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
