A1. Bench Press; 5-4-3-1-1, rest 45-60sec (building to tough single)

A2. Weighted Strict Supinated Pull-Ups; 3-2-1-1-1, rest 45-60sec (building to tough single)

*If you can not do a pull-up you choose between assisted strict pullups both with bands or partner assist, supinated holds, or negatives. Coach will help determine reps and option

 

B. Three rounds for time of:

5 Wall walks

10 Pushups

15 Pull-Ups

Run 400 Meters
