Performance

A. Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets) of:

Run 400 Meters

21 Kettlebell Swings

7 Strict Pull-Ups or 12 kipping pull-ups

*Note times for each set, and add them for total working time.

*Goal is sub 4min each round

*Mandatory 90sec rest each interval

 

B. For time:

75 Hand Plank Shoulder Taps

20 Push-Ups

50 V-Ups

20 Push-Ups

25 Hollow Body Hang Holds @ 1011
