A2. Bulgarian Split Squats @ 3011; 8/leg x 4 sets, rest 45sec b/w legs and 45sec after

A3. Sandbag Carry; 100m x 4 sets, rest 45sec

 

B. Three sets of:

30 seconds of Max Reps Chest supported flat DB rows @ slow tempo

– Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds of Hollow Hold or Rocks

– Rest 30 seconds

30 seconds of Max Distance Handstand Walk or Nose-to-Wall Handstand Hold

– Rest 30 seconds

30sec of Max L-Sit hold
