Back Squat

Min 0 – 5 reps @ 55%

Min 2 – 5 reps @ 65%

Min 4 – 3 reps @ 75%

Min 6 – 2 reps @ 85%

Min 8 – 2 reps @ 90%

Min 10 – 1 rep @ 95%

Min 13 – 1 rep @ 101-105%

Min 16 – 1 rep @ 101-105%
