Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:

150 Wall balls (20 lbs to 10′ target) (14 lbs to 9′ target)
90 Double-unders
30 Muscle-ups

    Finished Karen 7:45….but double unders took close to 3 minutes! I need to work on my double unders eek
    My grandfather died early this morning so I would like to dedicate this workout to him. Good luck to everyone today and have fun. Wish I could be there to cheer you all on!

    Happy that I beat last year’s score but need to improve on wall balls…wanted to finish du’s…I will next time
