  1. Day off for me today to rest for GoRuck tomorrow. Yesterday I did 4 miles in the ruck with 50 sets of steps. It was rough.

  2. 1st set on bars, then moved to rings (w/dark band)…felt good to practice on the rings…totally different movement than the bar dips

    3 rounds + 8 PP
    wall walks looked a little ugly, arms almost buckled a couple times

  3. Ring dips no band until last set

    4 rounds + 100 meter run

    Wall walks good- push press good- 65#
    Runs slow
    Icing foot
    Body feels beat up today-especially shoulders
