  3. Was at work late… will be training for GoRuck next two days

    Today:

    6 mile job with 30# ruck sack, then did Mt. Adams steps in this heat for 30 minutes or so… probably lost about 10#’s in sweat

    Tomorrow:
    10 mile jog with 30# ruck sack, then 10 rounds with 30 second break each round:

    10 pushups and 10 air squats with ruck sack
