    Deadlifts at 190. Not my best today. Box jumps were all step down (no rhythm), and had to break Deadlifts into 4’s second two rounds.

  2. sat: stretched and light airdyne work
    sun: pig half marathon, 12:30 pace…will be doing this again for a better run, hopefully under different (healthy) circumstances 😉 disappointed in my time but pumped for actually doing it!
